  6. gonna do this during my easter break
    day 1: found it okay, my band kept rolling up though. used strength medium. out of breath by the end and broke into a sweat. may try and do another workout after.

  7. Love it! Exactly the work out I needed! I’m 30 years old and I’m very active, i have dog so my cardio is great due to walking & so I’m still in good shape but good too have a Booty toner workout! 👌🏻
