  2. I have a bad ankle and am looking for something I can do that will burn calories while setting. I have been doing T25 and because of my ankle I can’t do it until I have surgery

  11. I’m casting this workout to my LG TV. Somehow ads are appearing during the workout. Causes a pause while trying to build cardio or muscle fatigue. I’ll still use your workouts. Im a fan. Just wanted to let you know. I don’t see these ads when just on YouTube on my phone.
