  1. Just keep in mind this, with all these guidlines the gov issue people are getting more and more overweight and sick. Maybe its the gov guidlines making people fat and sick. Their daily intake guidline is the same as what farmers use to fatten up livestock. Im not making this up. There is also no link to high cholesterol and dying of heart disease. Because death records prove the same amount of people with low cholesterol are dying of heart attacks.

  3. These are perfect guidelines if you want to be overweight be a type two diabetic and die young!
