  1. I am 62 live in South Africa have been doing workout foe elderly peoplebforb10 weeks. Think I have skipped 2 nights. I am in less pain, sleep better and have been packing and moving nearly all by myself. My husband has Parkinson and has been doing alongside me as much as he can.

  13. Hi guys. almost at the end of my shielding. This means staying home and seeing nobody. ITS been hard. My local leisure centre does 2 chairobics each week on Zoom,but the other days I work out with you. Thank you for getting me through this past year.
