  1. To all the doubters Lucy workouts really work i can testify to that. I had a dress sitting in my wardrobe collecting dust could not zip it up 2 sizes too small. I did Lucy workout now dress zips up and fits perfectly.   3. My belly fat has gone down alot in the last few weeks. I have been taking 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯 this year I am getting healthy and I love it

    Day 3:Definitely got more skinnier
    Day 4: Feels no different
    Day 5:I feel chubby (maybe my mood?)
    Day 6: I dont think I lost any
    Day 7: Skinnier
    So overall I think it works! I am very insecure about my body. I’m in middle school. Is it normal to feel this way?

  5. I did it and go on doing it – even though I had a couple of days ‘off’ for health reasons. I never measured my waist, but I feel like the exercises get easier with the time and I do feel better in general and more motivated and I feel like my body looks fitter in general. I keep sharing the video with friends. Thank you so much!

  11. i love this, I started few days ago and could barely do anything day 5 and i can say I’m keeping up with the exercise so well, as for the belly fat is still there😅, but I just started working out!!! I just love the fact that I can start and finish a workout

  14. This workout is super good. I had a pair of pants that were a bit tight on my waist and belly and after 2 weeks of this workout they are not tight anymore and look great. Thank you Lucy for this workout challenge.
