  4. I have been on keto without knowing for about 5 years now. I eat one decent sized meal in the evening. I never eat breakfast or lunch and hardly any sugar is in my diet. I eat a ton of meat and veggies and butter and am in the best shape of my life. Someone told me about it, I looked into it, and looky there I didnt even know i was a keto guy. I was 200 lbs with a lot of fat and now I am 180 and very low body fat. I can hike in the mountains on very little fuel and can go forever.

  8. Straight away, listing starchy foods as if they’re the only source of glucose. Completely misleading. White rice, potatoes, yes, get rid. Whole grains, fruit, vegetables, you absolutely should be eating those. Absolute nonsense.

  10. Youtube comment section is so full of shit these days. There is way too much spam. I wasted so much time trying all kinds of websites from the comments and not a single one worked. I did find a Youtube video regarding this website called Quickfollowz. It worked to my surprise.

  11. This diet works! I weighted 242lbs and in three months I’m down to 205lbs. It’s a lot of dedication to cut down so much carbs. But it’s possible. And with lots of exercise you can lose weight faster

  12. I can hear his accent. But this shouldn’t matter at all. What we need is nothing but the right information. He delivers. Let’s thank him instead. That’s his natural voice. Get a life!

  13. Are there any informative videos with recipes etc that don’t try and sell you their keto programs?
