  1. Liked all the info. The thing though when you are talking about eliminating food to not to eliminate diary but to buy actual diary aka raw diary. Raw diary has shown not to allergenic plus it can help possible heal the gut which then helps the brain also. You talk about almond milk which is just a juice with no nutritional value.

  3. Modern oils are an ABUSE of Omega6. VERY INFLAMMATORY. Almond have the most O6 in the world. Corn does extra damages. If your brain is damaged, how can you find out how stupid you got !?!?

They took my Gallbladder 2009 in Germany and its bern not good. I ate good in Germany but back 3 years and lots of challenges. Eating organic here costs me 3 times as much as Germany. Thanks again

    I have a great concern for Dr. Amen’s color. Is he jaundiced? Or is the lighting poor? Zoe looked healthy.
    Having had liver failure I’m keenly aware of people’s color.

  8. I am a male,63,live in India.I was shocked to hear to eliminate dairy from diet.I consume 60gms whey per day,a lot of curds and buttermilk everyday.Am I supposed to withdraw these things from my diet? PL guide me.

  9. My sister, God rest her soul, was Bi-Polar. As a child back in the 50s they wanted to take her away from my parents and institionalize her. They didn’t do that thank God. They also said she was allergic to own dead skin. Massive allergies! Environmental and foods in a major way.

  10. I too have had bad side affects from msg in the past (20+ years ago I worked out it was msg) what I didn’t know was that it could be put into foods and not labelled when there’s only a little of it added, so very helpful info along with everything else in this video!!!

    I changed eating Whole Food plant based…. I had gained huge amount of weight after a running punch to my head Google Dr Fagelman assault youtube. Dr F got nypd to join in breaking laws so we didn’t have to fire his violent lying employee making him even worse because he’s violated his Hippocratic oath he did not investigate what happened to me he never checked her references he had no guidelines for the office and a strategy was like a Harvey Weinstein strategy to terrorize me to convince me it’s my fault to lie and every step of the way he and his employee have been protected like pedophile priests it’s really hurt my brain health I was heading towards obesity and diabetes City I got a pre-diabetic morning so I changed to a whole plant-based food and I got a coach who is amazing Andrew Taylor from Spud Fit.

  14. You knuckle heads docs I’d hate to get on your hands. Don’t know much about anything normal. Eat real foods not more than twice a day within 4 to 6 hours. Dry fast at least once a week. A heaped spoon of herbs a day and a tea spoon of spices….Sauna/cold showers. Many more things you can do for health.

    Either it’s this video or your posture is slouchy, please sit up straight, I truly care for you also. Core strength is important and upright posture decompresses intervertebral spaces and the internal organs. I’m grateful for your contribution to our mental health and want to share good wishes with you also 🙂

  18. I’ve been vegetarian and vegan for a long time. Back then I had multiple health issues including severe mental issues. They almost completely went away when I transitioned to a animal-based low carb diet.

  19. Amen himself does not look very healthy, I don’t know why people take advise from people who themselves don’t look healthy and vibrant! Look at the person first see if they look a picture of health then decide. It does not matter if he is a doctor or not!

  20. Thank you Dr Amen fr that tip on coffee with pumpkin spice and cinnamon with Stevia sweetener or erythritol. Btw I hv felt much better without dairy, I now go with black coffee and/or black tea, green tea, jasmine. And avos are so good fr you, absolutely, blueberries (phytochemicals, plant medicines), apples, pears, bananas (with protein), fatty fish, dark (coconut) chocolate chocolate. Btw Dr Amen yr skin is beautiful n is wrinkle free😜 u must be doing something right🙌 lots love😍

  21. I have just came from a doctor appointment at an orthopedic clinic for arthritis in my knee. I noticed I have swelling in my ankle, and ask him to look at my ankle…it is arthritis too, but he made me an appointment for a month from now for my ankle. Nobody ever looks at all of me as a whole person, just body parts.

  22. A so call nutritionist suggesting eggs is is moronic. Research the damage eggs to your body yourself. Don’t believe this nonsense.
