I liked your first points, the emotional aspect was a stretch for those who basically believe in the circle of life. Iāve had evangelical experiences with vegans and it makes me cringe because many assume everyone grew up getting food from the grocery store when many of us even in urban areas still eat fresh/farmed/hunted food. Yours was purely on the transformation so I did love that. Itās a physical change inside your body and itās inspiring! Iām trying out plant based and I hope it brings back that sweet empathetic person I was before the pain (of course coupled with therapy and coping skills š„°)
Weāre lied to because itās all about MONEY to them. MONEY = POWER. Try even looking up the author Allen Carr even with drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. Itās propaganda. Alongside the Netflix documentary, āWhat The Healthā
Vegan for 6 years! This man is doing diligence for telling his story & being authentic to himself! Thank you for sharingā¤ļø
This was wonderful. Thank you for sharing.
The oldest living people on the planet are meat eaters, and the animals that have died from him to eat plants suffered, but he’s still eating.
If meat causes cancer then why wild animals that eat only grass get cancer?
Can some man tell me how much meals he eats on a plant based diet cause Im eating 3 big meals and cant for the life of me stop myself from losing too much weight ?
If you live long enough you see the people around you getting sick. heart attacks, high blood pressure, stroke, burst colons, gallbladder disease, thyroid, bypass surgery, Diabetes, obesity, The last 10 yeas is the worst.
Wow ⦠it make a lot of sense & itās beautiful ..
I will change ⦠thanks for your video
Is this guy in transition because his voice is higher than most women š¤. I think the animal protein was interacting with his estrogen shots
Weāre lied to because itās all about MONEY to then. MONEY = POWER. Try even looking up the author Allen Carr even with drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes. Itās propaganda. Alongside the Netflix documentary, āWhat The Healthā
You had allergies, so what.
Awesome video
Will you experience hair loss if going vegan? Cause of the amount of protein
It is much easier if your families are also vegans.
you can’t get rid of an allergy so…………
someone’s been lying
Excellent job š
why is he in his soxs?
I think the antinutrients in this vegan diet are very good for your overall health
I can attest to this 100%. I suffer from an early onset of arthritis, allergies and weight issues, 2 weeks into my plant based diet, my energy levels improved & my health issues started disappear as my body begins to respond positively to my new diet
Why the majority of vegan males have female voices?
So funny.

I am now close to three full months of living a pescatarian lifestyle. My diet is based on vegetables, fruits, nuts, seafood, and dairy. I try to cook almost every day and have been intermittent fasting for more than six months.
The main benefits (of IF and pescatarian lifestyle) I can enlist here are:
– slowly getting to optimal weight. Went from 98 kg to now 92. Iām 187 cm
– tons of energy (my workouts are really better as well)
– qualify of sleep has improved dramatically. I was basically suffering from insomnia and super poor sleep for years. For this one reason alone I strongly encourage ppl to try at least intermittent fasting
– way lower anxiety and ability to calm myself down.
– my skin feels cleaner and smoother and my face is not as oily as it used to be.
– i donāt know if my testosterone levels are higher but I am pretty sure theyāre optimal
Going through an amazing ayahuasca ceremony a while ago helped a lot with these choices and changes too.
I stopped eating meat only for ethical reasons, rather than the improvements that Iām actually experiencing, which makes all of this even more amazing. My goal is to transition to a vegan lifestyle. I will do that as I learn better recipes and keep my health in check. Living in Albania, means I can enjoy one of the best diets in the world. Albanian cuisine, however, is strongly focused on recipes that include meat, so I need to be as creative as I can in the kitchen.
My advice to any omnivores out there who are contemplating about this, but are afraid about their health or missing out on ādelicious foodā: Just go for it, try it out, get creative and do it one step at a time. Once you start seeing the benefits, you will never go back.
Plant based for 42 years. Never been healthier!
Great Experience I had with u Dr Osunmeh

I actually went to the doctor with a splinter in my foot. He removed the splinter. Bad analogy, lol.
Tried it and lacked energy and lost strength. Everyone’s different
Any tips on being vegan and gluten free?? I want to try to change. How do I make sure Iām getting all of my vitamins/minerals and such?
Very well presented with feeling
The energy part is so true!! We literally absorb their fears and anxiety.
Here, because Iām starting a plant based diet today for the first time in my life
Only vegan about two weeks. Cannot get over the change in myself. Calmer , no more brain fog, way more level energy all day. Happier.
As a pland based diet addicted i can say with no doubt that changing your diet can powerfully change your whole life for better !!! i“m completely another person after changing my eating habits
No one can help you unless yourself
Yea, you get faster for one and a half hours untill the blood sugar goes down
I remember a teacher that told me once that when we kill an animal, that moment the animal’s body release adrenalin and then we consume it we actually harm ourselves due to this procedure
Oh, the irony……we kill the livestock & it kills us when we eat it. When humankind’s actions are out of equilibrium, (like killing animals for FOOD) our mind & bodies become out of balance; therefore, leading to sickness & disease. The Law of "Cause & Effect" shows that when we are out of balance with ourselves, the earth & all of nature, we will reap what we sow. So, it is with all Universal Laws. It is known by many, that Galactic Laws looks at eating other sentient beings (beings that have a spirit, have feelings & emotions, can feel pain), as unlawful. Now, there is something to think about!!!
Same here, I eliminated foods that made me feel bad and kept and promoted ones I knew made me feel good and bam I am plant based no oil. My joint pane is virtually gone except if I eat large amounts of white flour or sugar. First to go was red meat back in the 80s, I pat myself on the back for that one. Then dairy. excellent choice. then oils by circumstance, then later I experimented with part time plant based eating until that didn’t make sense anymore. Not many people have what it takes to do that.
How can i reverse my arraythmia please? Vegan diet help me?
This guys awesome
Plant based diet is very hard in the beginning ..
Iām about to go full vegan canāt wait to see the benefitsš
Stopped my Hashimotoās with wfpb diet. It took years but the decrease in antibodies was steady.
Forks over knives did it for me
From the 11 minute mark on he is wrong on so many different levels. He spends the last r minutes virtue signaling and finger-pointing. Oh yeah, and crying.
Well for my experience my body works absolut best, if i eat only redmeat and salt. I don’t have any health issues, an immense musclegain, if i do more physical work, need to sleep way less. Maybe 4-5 hours a day. Need to eat once, maybe twice a day to feel absolutely amazing.
I tried being wholefood plantbased for several months and it failed my health terriblely. Couldn’t sleep at all, was tired most of the day.
My conclusion is: my body works best on a pure animalbased diet. Period.
