  1. The only thing about this diet is that most of the fat in his diet is saturated fat. Even in Keto diet, you’re supposed to have only 20-30 per cent saturated fat.

  2. I understand how Keto works, but I’m just not down with the saturated animal fat and potential heart disease as a result.

  5. The Agoge diet works best for losing fat. I tried the ketogenic diet but it was so difficult to adhere to and very punishing on the body.

  6. There isn’t any fat loss tea or a magic pill. There are only smart dieting and training. *Agoge Diet* is a great tool to start with because it gives you everything you need to reach your fitness goals.

  7. I was told by my doctor not to adhere to the keto diet because it’s risky. He said I should eat a diverse diet so I tried the *Agoge diet* and I’m starting noticing less stubborn belly fat really fast.

  10. So glad Dr Oz gave realistic advice and yet another fad diet. These guys make millions off these gimmicks. I cannot adhere to a strict, restrictive diet. I will just eat healthy, drink water, try to fast once in awhile. And get good rest. You have to live and enjoy life (and a good steak) alittle, can’t obsess.

  11. My experience suggests that the keto diet is over-hyped. A good diet shoould be easy to adhere to and be healthy. Agoge diet is a good option, I lost a lot of persistent belly fat.

  12. The *Agoge diet* works great and you feel great, contrary to the keto diet. Keto isn’t supposed to be adhered to by healthy people and without medical supervision.

  13. I was shocked to find out that one of the proponents of the ketogenic diet, "Dr." Eric Berg, is actually a Scientologist.

  14. My only regret is not trying the Agoge diet sooner, very great results. Keto really ruined me for a couple of weeks before that.

  15. i started this so called "Keto Diet" 2 weeks ago , i gave up my beloved bread, pizza sugars etc …the 1st week went more or less ok, although i was always hungry and my stomach rumbled all the time, i lost 4 kg (out of my 138kg) the second week in , i am still constantly hungry , i eat food i don’t like , i cant sleep properly , spend lots of money for vitamins, supplements , almond flour etc and i haven’t lost any more KG ?? I ordered some testing strips, which arrived yesterday and found out i am not even in ketosis ?? After all those sleepless nights , starvation etc ????? Eating all those unhealthy fatty stuff , feeling miserable all the time to lose 4kg in 2 weeks ?? NO THANKS! KETO IS NOT FOR ME

  16. If you ask me, the keto diet is not for most people. It’s just really tough to stick with and you feel exhausted. But the Agoge diet on the other hand feels great, and it works too.

  22. If you want to lose fat, you should not jeopardize your well-being with the keto diet. I recommend getting a personalized diet. I’ve had great success with the Agoge diet for example.

  23. 😑This is so awful. Please go watch Dr. Eric Berg’s healthy keto videos. This plan doesn’t have enough nutrient content to run a human body.. Where are the greens, vegetables & low carb fruit? Where is Potassium, Magnesium and Calcium? Where are the seeds like chia and pumpkin? And what happened to the organic dairy foods? Pitiful!😑

    45 pounds down in 6 months so easy so healthy
    Keto for life for me I feel great blood work is perfect now and sleeping real good

  26. 1 gm carb = 5 kcal
    1 gm protein = 4 kcal
    1 gm fat = 9 kcal
    So the portion should be half of normal otherwise it’s caloric excess
    I gained 1 pound in 2 days because of this non sense 😳😭😭
