Track Your Fitness by NewMeFitness workout Journal Review
Note: I have no certifications or special knowledge. I was not an athlete at any point in my life, I played some tennis in high school, but mostly I have just found some real enjoyment in lifting and fitness in the last 5 or so years and thought I’d share some info about stuff I like. If you’re looking for being a top tier athlete or crushing PRs, I am not what you want, I am overweight most of the year, have bad ankles, struggle to get up and work out about half the time, have an average deadlift, a below average squat, a middling bench, and a weak overhead press, and am ok with that.
