  1. I am not a religious person at all, however I do see intelligent design when looking at the human body and how it functions. I see the essence of a creative intelligence. If he/it/she/whatever used evolution as a process to create us then so this essence did. The personality of this essence is displayed in his creation(s). I think that if this essence is not evil, neither a mix of good and evil, but good only then: There must be a way for all of us to avoid all suffering. This includes ageing. It all depends on our personality choices and behavioral choices in life. We are given freedom of choice between suffering and liberation – the choice between good and evil. I did write a short book along the lines of this, but what I’ve posted here is the center point of the matter.

  2. Not necessarily the loss of information, but the loss of its coherency. Information is getting polluted over the course of time due to the body being in constant interaction with an environment. Therefore, the ideal solution will be to revert that loss by storing the original information somewhere safe and then re-applying it across the body. But afaik, this kind of tech is something from a distant future.

  3. This is a good idea, but many people today are like bad tenants for the earth, all mankind are sinners. Who wants to extend a bad tenants lease in a rental property let alone the earth?. In other words they selfishly do damage to society and the earth, when they are young. For example morals or other badness, people selfishly act immorally or badly and damage our society long term. The dying process eliminates people before they can do ultimate damage to mankind. Imagine if they could live much longer! The idea is good but I would recommend we leave it to God who will remove sin first then we can live longer or forever.

  5. When l began my fasting with your teachings….my whole being started like l was on a treadmill. I have no explanation for it.
    I been fasting for 40 years am used to it… it IS the intermittent fasting with that REAL HEALTHY FOODS you gave us understanding for..
    Then eating within that SHORT TIME the 2 x meals…l felt l could somersault…so to speak.

  8. Thank you! Great info! Also I would like to say not allowing your body to always be comfortable is anti aging too. Like allowing yourself to get cold and skipping meals from time to time, (IF). Short bursts of running for a few seconds everyday also keeps the body a little younger. (You pretty much covered all that, but it’s worth repeating lol)

  11. STOP using soap on the face. Cleanse Tone moisturise- I did this look over 15 younger though the Grace Of God. Eat fruits each day. Fruits reverse aging. Keep away from negative people. Complaining cheaters liars. So called friends. LOVE YOURSELF. Look after yourself. Buy that dress that coat those boots. Change bad eating and sleeping and gambling habits.

I have been doing hiit for over 30 years. No wonder everyone at work is crumbling and i still fly at nearly 63. Your videos are awesome because i see you know your stuff.

  14. I’ve been doing HIIT for over 10 years. haven’t aged much from my mid 20s. I’m now 41. I run into people I went to high school with and I don’t recognize them because they’ve changed so much. I’m still the same.
