  3. Thank you for this, its helping. Had bronchitis for 4 weeks and my lower lung has partially stopped working. Antibiotics didn’t work. Its in the same area I had blood clots about 5 years ago. Taking vitamin D as well. Am going to die to if I dont lose a lot of body fat as am 20 stone. Thank you for this video. The lady is excellent.

  5. Nowadays gastrointestine doctors don’t know this technics, they only prescribe PPI that doesn’t help acid reflux, doctors need to go back and study these diaphragm breathing which helps. And doctors don’t even know what kind of healthy nutritional foods to eat too. They need to go back study. Besides at this pandemic year doctors takes 3 to 4 months to follow up your clinic visit. They are scared, And they don’t do follow up until 4 months. Anybody have health problems need to learn how to survive themselves, because it takes 4 months in order to see a doctor.
    Please professors from UC university’s you need to teach them breathing technics and nutrional nutrition before becoming a doctor, Why become a doctor if they don’t know this things.

  7. Thats ok but my doctr said for diaphgramtc breathing inhale through mouth and exhale through nose ? Is that not oky?

  9. But what if my chest hand doesn’t move at all? What if the only hand that moves is the belly? I think I have COPD from smoking for a long time.

  11. It’s a miracle that I am alive today. I encountered HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV1 / 2) for four (4) years, And BAD BREATH (Halitosis) At 26, and without warning, my breath began its rapid descent towards face-melting foulness.
