  1. I started today 10th sep 2021 and my weight is 63.480……..
    I haven’t don’t the whole Zumba dance…..only 24min I have done this
    Everyday I will give you information

  2. I started doing this 4 days ago ( 2.sep.21 ), I was 32inches in waist, 42 1/2 inches in butt or should I say hip. Today ( 6 Sep 21 ) I am at 30 inches in waist, 40 inches in butt. And I also skipped dinner everyday. I was so insecured with my body I can’t thank you enough. 💚💚 I will keep on doing this untill waist – 28, hip 38.

    Edit : Sep9, I got a Covid 19 vaccine ytd and the doctor said to avoid intense exercise so I skipped this yesterday and did only 10 minutes for today. I will do full section tomorrow 💪🏻

  3. Love this exercise. Been doing it a week now. I can feel my body is losing fat. Everytime I did it my sweats like crazy. Good job, keep doing everyone!

  4. 9th Sept 21 – could only move forward till 10 mins of this video after a 20 min jog. Hoping to continue this and see changes along the way!

  7. Its only my 3 days doing it and I can feel that my body become lighter I was 59 kg when I started and I wanted to continue doing it for a month.. let see the difference after.

  8. I haven’t been doing the whole exercise but everyday I do it I realize that I do the exercises for longer then the day before which is really a accomplishment for me😅.I’ve also been watching what I eat.

    Weight 70 kg.. Was exhausted in 20 mins. But the comment section made me realise this is the best exercise. Will update in few days

  10. Before I kept on dancing at our house planning to join a Zumba dance class or even work for it then the quarantine gets longer and longer so now i change my mind. 😪😪😪

  11. Doesn’t feel like Zumba though ….correct if I’m wrong but isn’t Zumba LATIN music? This type of music feels more like the old aerobics exercising …sorry 🤭
