  1. wonderful exercise jenny I am not able to do my reiki healing at the moment but this will keep me fit and able to carry on later henry and see all my friends in south west cornwall

  2. I love this workout but was disappointed at the end with no stretch. Your new one is 54 minutes and that’s too long for me.

  3. Jenny, your videos are the BEST. No blaring music, sensible movements that effect every part of the body, not selling your body but selling HEALTH. This is a huge help, especially to people like me, large bodied and almost 70. Thank you for all you do and all you give.

  4. I am proud to announce that I have done this exercise twice this weel without stopping once for water all the way to 22 min and boy have I been waiting for me to get to this point where I now have much stronger endurance and kicks! riding the huffy with knee braces helps too three times around the neighborhood!

  5. This is the first video that I found when the pandemic first started, and it is still my favorite. I do this video once a week, and it always puts me in a good mood🤗

  6. This was awesome. I’ve been trying to research for YouTube video similar to yours that teaches the stuff in this video. 👍 The part at 1:21 is my favorite. Your explanation really is like the content of Doctor Ethan. Dr’s videos are helpful and I learned a lot for my studies!

I recommend you see his page out and give Dr Ethan a subscribe here! 👉 #DrEthanOnline

  9. Just discovered this great workout for seniors. At 68, I must say, though, I quickly became out of breath, for me, just need to go slower. Thanks!

  10. Hi, great workout, my fitness levels have plummeted during lockdown. Needed a boost. Going to do this every morning

  11. That’s good only for those who have NO heart problems and knee problems, squat is not advisable because it will do you harm than good.
Thank you for sharing.I can only do a few of the exercises.
    NO squatting.

  12. My decision to like this video and subscribe to the channel was based on the following reasons: a 20 minute workout routine is a perfect length to get my day started; the exercises are simple yet effective; the background music lifts my spirit because it reminds me of my younger days as a teenager. Thank you for this video. I’ve looked long and hard for a workout routine that fits my lifestyle and, finally, THIS IS IT.

  17. This is a good workout for beginners and older people. Two things though — 1.) we should be warned up front that this is an aerobic workout 🙂 and 2.) as such there should be a cool down.

  18. Thank you so much for this Jenny! I have been using this exercise with my mother, MIL and aunties…. we can’t be together – and we want to make sure that get moving. YOU ARE AWESOME!!

  19. Loved the first few minutes, but then it became too leggy (my legs don’t work very well) and too aerobic, which I wasn’t good at even when I was young and doing high standard ballet. I need something gentler!

  20. Thanks ….loved this as it transported me to being in a gym with other folk…missing that so much in lockdown London😢
