Energy Bite Base
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

1 cup Medjool dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes
1 cup rolled oats
¼ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
½ cup peanut butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ cup peanuts

Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls.

⅓ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
1 orange, zested
½ tsp cinnamon

  8. Hi! I made the PB chocolate energy ball (kind of because I swapped the PB for almond butter and the peanuts for almonds) and they turned out great! Very delicious and very easy to make. The only thing was that it was kind of hard to shape them into balls as they kept crumbling (although I think that was my fault since I wasn’t patient enough to soak the dates for 15 min ; I left them soaking for 5 min instead 😂). Thank you for the recipe! I’ll definitely try the other ones too

  9. I tried to make these but I added a few other ingredients but the mix came out too soft.
    I did put it in the fridge to see if it holds more.
    What I added was, dates, chia seeds, almonds, cacao and banana.. Oh and a little coconut oil.
    My question is what can I add for it to be more think?

  12. all dried cranberries I ever see in the shops – even health food stores – are always with sugar and oil (normal cooking oil – not healthy cold pressed oils, either). That’s not healthy at all!

  14. I love making these but the problem is you nee to keep them in freezer or fridge and don’t work when you wanna give them as a gift. Any solution?
