  7. I was 268 in the end of 2019 and now im 205 pounds. I just got done looking at my calculator ans it tells me i need to eat 2,000 calories. I work out three times a day Morning: Muscle building, Afternoon: HIIT, & Nights: Cardio. But im scared if i eat 2,000 calories will i gain weight cause itll suck i have to do all this all over again i really want to be 180 pounds.
