    • 2 sets/20 reps of frog jumps aka squat jumps
    • 2 sets/20 reps (10 rep each leg) lunges with oblique twist
    • 2 sets/20 reps side kick squat
    • 2 sets/20 reps pulsing squat
    • 2 sets of standing donkey kick on steps, run back down
    • 2 sets/20 reps single leg elevated squat
