  1. the tri kick back is alot of effort for the amount of stimulation the tricep feels as the stabalising muscles are working alot not to mention rear dealts. and on top of the as the muscles shortens and is at it’s weakest poing the weight is at its heaviest at the top.

I love watching those Arms being Flexed, I want to worship and lick those Arms so much. I’m in Love with them. I would make you wear a Super Tight Shirt So it Squeezes the Arms to make them Bulge Harder!! I Love You So Much Brandon! I’m in Love with those Gorgeous Arms!!!

  6. I got dizzy doing this workout. Does anyone have any idea why? I did bench and overhead press before it but felt completely fine

    I am doing them wrong I try to do both arms with my feet shoulder to part so that is something else
    Number 2 too much weight
    I was going to ask if I was reverse curling too much weight because after like the first 5 reps I start getting a painful muscle lock
    In my front lower abs
