    Great statement! You couldn’t have said it better! As a sports science graduate who’s now working as a exercise physiologist, that’s precisely what I want to tell to those cocky personal trainers who, little do they know I’m a sports science graduate, try to peddle their services to me, but little do they know the clinical scientific reasoning behind their services. 🙈🙉🙊
