1. Great routine, but for me there are two to three ad breaks during the video. Worst part is that they come mid set. I don’t know why this one video is so much worse than the others as far as ad breaks. I’ve tried watching the full 1:30 ads at the beginning to see if that would counter it but it doesn’t help at all. Such a disappointment for what could be a great workout.

  6. Loving the workouts guys but can you have a word with YouTube about ads right in the middle of a set? Really throws off the rhythm of the workouts and makes it feel harder. Absolutely wonderful work on your part but YouTube are letting you down.

  7. This channel is the best workout channel I’ve ever found.
    This is one of my favorites video from this channel. I don’t really like working out for a long time because I get bored easily. But the other videos that are less than 30 minutes are too intense for me. As for this workout, I can do just fine.

  9. Hey Daniel and Alex! Just did this workout this morning, and the mid-roll ad breaks are in really annoying places (like, 10 seconds into the final push). Can you guys try to fix that? Appreciate you guys and all you do to make working out at-home enjoyable.

  10. My routine is to run 5k one day rest one day and follow one of your videos the next day. I love all your videos except those that have commercials right during an exercise. not sure if it is driven by you or Youtube but it is very inconvenient. I agree you need to monetize your sessions and you should but not in the middle of an exercise. maybe time it with your rest periods of 20 seconds. Great work, thank you.

  12. You broke me with the squat/hook! XD 5 seconds left of that specific exercise and I threw my back out. I really enjoyed it up until that point! Gonna heal up and try it again. Slow down a little and concentrate more on form.

  15. I absolutely love body project but I am suddenly getting mid roll ads! Not super helpful on work out vids

  16. Woo hoo! Challenging for a 69 year old, but a great workout. Maybe not as perfect, or as fast, but very beneficial! Of course this would not be a first workout for a senior. You definitely have to "work up" to it!
