  1. Hey Brian! First of all, I thank destiny that it brought me to your account. I am in the middle of a big transformation process to lower my incongruence and you are giving me the chills every video over and over again! Planning on joining the 101 Team soon 🙂
    Even though I am a committed vegan for over a year now and had some significant improvements regarding my weight, energy, and inflammation levels, I (22 years) still suffer from (acne) skin irritations in my face, have up to daily "migrains", and also have problems waking up in the morning (trapped in a vicious cycle of lucid dreaming to force an instant best self-transformation and therefore stuck with tapping the snooze button for months now). Maybe you got a quick point for the latter 🙂
    My main point is, what do you define as grains? I eat oats combined with chia seeds, Psyllium,
    Linseed, Coconut flakes, hemp seeds, and other additional ingredients every morning and that takes me easily through the whole day. I should also mention the superfoods I add to the oat breakfast: Ashwagandha, Tribulus Terestris, Black Maca Powder, Camu Camu, Herricium (which kinda got me tripping today since I took a lot for my accounting exam -> not so wise, but that’s another story), Creatine, Spirulina, Cinnamon, Turmeric etc.
    For dinner I eat curry most of the times. So a lot of beans and vegetables, but also rice (is rice a grain?).
    Would be super nice of you to give me a little piece of your precious productive time and your eudaimonic advice to help out an aspiring OPTIMIZER of this beautiful life !

    I’m disappointed not to see any reading on whole food plant based diets. There is more and more scientific evidence coming out every day showing they lower of risk heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, cancer, many other health conditions, and all-cause mortality. The longest lived populations on earth (The Blue Zones) were all 95%+ plant based. It’s the only diet scientifically proven to arrest and reverse heart disease (our #1 killer). So why wouldn’t that be our default diet?

  3. Can’t cut sugar. I am too addicted to them. But at least i realize sugar does not harm my health as much as i worry. And i enjoy it so 😂
