  1. I really enjoyed this! Renee makes so much sense and really down to earth! My motto is moderation and balance in all we do. I try not to over think things but am human and fall into that pit from time to time. Love what was said at the beginning..don’t be a slave to pace. 😉

  2. Really helpful down to earth advice on what to eat and when. Glad of the big up for my fave recovery drink, which I have in Bananna milk – Yazoo form.

  3. That’s really good to know about almond milk. I have a dairy intolerance. Lately my recovery smoothies are soya milk, banana and vegan protein powder. Seems to be working for me 😀 and it comes in chocolate flavour so that’s a WIN.
