  3. I had to cheat on the plank push up. Stayed on my knees and walked it out 😂. My goal is to be able to do that sucker fully

I like the way you facilitate the careful precise execution of each exercise. Could you recommend a way to measure my heart rate so I know if I’m achieving cardiovascular fitness?

  7. Low impact usually means your knees won’t be impacted, but there are several parts where your knees are impacted here, misleading.

  9. Note for my self
    1st time : couldn’t go past 23:43 was so tired for round two can’t do full push up
    2nd time : completed worked! round two was hard🥺 had to do half push up
    3rd time : same as 2nd time still not looking toned yet
    4th time : Coming back after doing 3 month of fitness blender strength training this workout was very enjoyable and relaxing finished it this time
    Btw I lost 7 kg from doing workout with fitness blender mostly strength training hate cardio and eating clean will come back after a few months again 😉 goal weight is to loss 17kg 10 more to go not even half way yet

    Then make you sweat buckets at the end!

  11. Gotta be honest, i hate workouts like these haha i have 0 motivation and it’s much harder when the person who is working out isn’t also speaking xd

    7 days of workout, my mental health state is improving. I feel positive, calmer, a little bit energetic than before and my body is light.
    It was hard at the begining, now it is easier as my core is getting stronger starting from my upper abs. Definitely worth my time and effort.

  13. I am 33 weeks pregnant and still doing some of your workouts. With some modifications, your workouts can easily be done in pregnancy too. Fitness blender is too addictive 🤣
