  1. treadmill is amazing but its for like 1 or 2 weeks then it becomes quite boring because you just walk and that’s it if you use stationary bike its actually the opposite you get even more exited becuase you can just focus on something and move the same time while treadmill requires your attention otherwise you will …

  2. If your goal is to get leaner (low body fat) treadmill is your go to choice.
Gyms are closed so I’m using my home stationary bike now for cardio.

  3. I had a treadmill it gets boring just like walking outside, but the bike you can workout get lost in a movie or class on app and it’s always something to keep you entertained. To me if your going to use a treadmill might as well walk outside but a spin bike is good for not so good roads etc and is a good alternative to riding a bike outside. Butt hurts but a better cushion seat is recommended. Sure treadmill might burn more calories but the spin bike will be used in the long run. As a treadmill collects dust in the corner.

  4. Actually, I burn more fat with the stationary spin cycling bike. It’s more fun to me then the treadmill and if I had the money I would also buy a stair master now that’s some hardcore exercising and burning fat too.

  5. Yes, I have developed vertigo in the last year so can see myself coming to grief on a treadmill…I have always had a bike its just making sure you actually use it.

  6. I had a foldable treadmill. My Peloton Bike + is huge and takes up a lot more space. I also had back, knee and still have foot pain after riding despite cleat placement. I’ve had to buy a lot of extras to alleviate these problems which adds to the bike’s cost.

  7. The treadmill does burn more calories, but I always feel more inclined to use the spin bike, especially if I’m battling whether or not to exercise!
