This is a topic a lot of people struggle with, so I’m excited to share this video all about gaining HEALTHY weight. I don’t recommend overeating processed food, but there’s plenty of clean, plant based food that’s higher in calories and macronutrients. Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every single weight-loss system that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to reduce and keep the weight off.   12. I would love to see an edition of this topic that appeals to vegan on a budget! I know a lot of people who want to be vegan but are worried about getting enough calories because vegan foods are seen as too pricey.

  13. healthy eating is essential. you also need to make sure you are slowly adding calories to your already regimented eating habits in order to see weight gain. you can’t just eat a lot of calories because if you do that you will just become fat and could possibly become sick. you need to exercise and lift the weight while doing just moderate cardio. eat in a slight excess of calories, in a small surplus of your total calories. the longer you weightlift and move your muscles the more you will build muscle, provided you are doing it correctly, and when this happens you supplement your muscle with calories, mainly protein and you will gain weight. it has to be done slowly.

    2. Coconut oil- organic, virgin and unrefined.

    4. Seeds- high in fat, food for skin, great all around, e.g. crackers with seeds.
    5. Cacao- so high in antioxidants, high in fats, great in oatmeal
    6. Granola- high in calorie and nutrient-dense
    7. Vegan cream cheese

    9. Tahini- ranch dressing, creamy sauce, nutrient-dense
