    Coconut oil
    – Zucchini, onion (one and a half sliced), red pepper and chicken stir fry seasoning(onion powder, oregano salt and pepper lemon juice)
    – half onion chopped, slice mushrooms (300g), Shredded bustle sprouts (100g), pepper lemon juice over medium heat, 1 cup canned lentils, marinara tomato sauce
    -snack cookies 360F, 2 ripe bananas, 2/3 cup of dry oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, 14 almonds, 1/4 cup of raisins, for 20 mins

    – toaster pancakes

  12. This video has good information, but I am confused about the best diet plan that I should use, only because I have never taken any. Anyone tried the Okibetonic Secrets? I have heard some folks talk about great things about Okibetonic Secrets.

  23. Hello there, have you considered Okibetonic Secrets yet? Simply do a search engine search. On there you’ll discover an awesome guidelines about how exactly you can lost crazy amounts of fat. Why not give it a chance? maybe it’s going to work for you too.
