Today is day 6 of my 30 day youtube challenge and the topic is, “what is the best diet for women over 40?”

We cover a lot in this video but, specifically:

Either way, my goal here is to create a discussion. A place where you and I can get together, exchange ideas, and motivate each other to be better every day.

Like I said, we’re gonna drink a lot of coffee together — borderline dangerous amounts — but I’m excited. Because there aren’t too many online communities in which the sole purpose is to inspire and motivate one another.

  2. You are good, exercise bit ok but have a nightmare with calorie counting just cant get my head right with it. Understand what calories I need to have just have a nightmare working out what I have actually taken in!

  8. ACCURATE! I clicked on this video almost irritated that you were going to give a specific "over 40" protocol, lol. I thought SURELY I had a thyroid or hormone issue. I am 43 and was putting on weight. In a panic, I got a full thyroid panel done – perfect. Got a full hormone panel – perfect. I was stunned that nothing was wrong! So I bought a food scale and started tracking like I did in my early 20s. Would you believe, 15 pounds just about fell off. Started weight training and am in the best shape of my life.   9. Not entirely right. After 40 progesterone levels go down and estrogen becomes dominant which makes the body extremely sensitive. Weight loss is a hormonal issue and women over 40 go through a lot of hormonal changes that make it extremely hard to lose weight. In women it’s not only about the thyroid. Women have so many other hormones.

  13. Guys, losing weight doesn’t have to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  14. There is such a thing as autoimmune disorders affecting diet and bad gut health, psoc, and starvation mode. This video shamed women into the false notion that they are eating too much and there is no excuse for weight not coming off other than "them" not tracking their calories, untreated thyroid and metabolism issues.

  18. I do have thyroid issue. I have Hashimotos. And I take L Thyrocsin 0.5. So Will I be able to lose weight with calorie deficit??? And yes I am over 40

  23. HIIT workouts on an empty tummy for 20-40 minutes a day everyday helps. Unless if you have low blood sugar, then have a bit of fresh fruit juice and then workout. Please cut out bad fats. Have a tiny amount of good fats. Keep moving in gentle ways and keep showing yourself affection.
