  11. excellent video and a very clear explanation I m so glad I discovered this channel could you please dr , make a video on how to restore the gut flora I have all the symptoms of leaky gut and have hashimoto disease I stopped taking sugar gluten red meat eggs and dairy which helped a lot but as you said the root cause of autoimmune diseases is leaky gut so please dr tell us how to repair a leaky gut

  13. Interesting video thanks. How often does a general practitioner question your diet? Not very often in my experience. If almost every illness results from an unbalanced gut then why isn’t nutrition the first question?

    Perhaps it’s too personal a question. Perhaps long term imbalances are too difficult to identify and correct. Short term relief is sought and delivered with short term treatments.
