Mam, mai lagatar 52 minet tak twister par exercise karta hu ramdev ke 12 dand me 10 dand asani se kar leta hu , stemina ki koi kami nahi hai ,maine 85 minet me 18 km bhag sakata hu, par regular nahi kar pata ,mai over waight hu 82 kg mujhe 56_66 karna hai kyoki mera hight 173cm hai kaise karun, please koi kargar upay bataiye.
