  4. Just purchased a 6kg kettle bell from my co-worker, picked it up and thought "this is nothing"… tried this workout and it seems I underestimated the power of these things!!! My workouts have been pretty much the same for over a year (I know that’s really bad..!) but changing it up with this feels so good! In a painful way!!!!

  5. do you torch your muscles with these exercises, its a concern, or have you been starving yourself or something, sorry to be so blunt. with all that regular exercise you should have more muscle in your arms and shoulders, I don’t want to make the same mistake.
