  3. I’m new to rebounding and this is my favorite workout so far. Good instructions, good encouragement. Having a mirror in the background was clever — it gives me a side view of the instructor at all times.

  4. Loved this! According to my Fitbit I burned 100 calories in 15 minutes. I didn’t go crazy with it because it’s my first rebounder workout. Will do it again!!

  5. Hi, in the 80’s stretch cords were made of springs weren’t they? Could you tell me about this? It is easy to forget.

  6. been doing this workout twice a day for 2 weeks now and have lost 7 pounds Woopwoop! Super love the "No doubt" and "can do anything for 10 seconds" very motivating
