  1. I thought you said grapeseed oil was bad for you. The Gee oil spray that you have is not just Gee , it has avocado and grapeseed oil

  2. Does anyone know of a good nutritional yeast tablet? Amazon seems to have plenty of flakes but not many options for non-fortified tablets

  3. Definitely love the taste of nutritional yeast I’ve had in the past. Just recently learned though that a lot of them have folic acid added. Which is the synthetic form of one of the b vitamins. That concerns me a little bit. Folate is great but folic acid not so much. Just wondering if there’s any thoughts on that?

  9. Bragg’s Nutritional Yeast is fortified with synthetic B vitamins. Nutritional yeast does not contain B12 so if your nutritional yeast has B12 in it, you know it has been fortified. And it’s the cyanogen form of B12 that Bragg’s brand is fortified with, so…

  12. Can’t stand the taste of ghee and coconut oil is gross with eggs. Just use butter and lower heat. Plus lower heat preserves more nutrients.

  13. Hi Thomas, Victoria from Alaska here. I make popcorn (organic of course), then spray the popcorn with ghee then sprinkle nutritional yeast on top. Salt or cayenne to taste. Let me know how you like it.

  18. Thomas I normally love all your videos, but cooking with the yeast is not a good idea AT ALL. Heat destroys most of the B vitamins and a large number of the enzymes in the yeast. It’s better to cook the eggs or food first, let it cool slightly, then sprinkle it on top.
    DO NOT COOK NUTRITIONAL YEAST!! Unless all you care about is the flavor… then go for it. 😅
