  1. I tried every single diet on the internet and even if I managed to lose few pounds of fat, they would get back as soon as I’m done with diet. I realised that meal plan from *Agoge Diet* is the only diet I could follow forever. It’s really sustainable and easy to follow.

  4. I was looking to add a 30min workout to my mornings. My current work schedule has me falling off working out or trying to exercise late in the evening (a "no go" for me for sleeping after). This is the perfect morning motivator. Less anxiety around the giant "to do" list of the day, and much more "even keel" energy throughout. I felt the modifications were perfect to change the moves as your fitness needs or energy changes require. Would love to see more of this kind of thing! As always, I appreciate the hard work that goes into all you folks do here . Many thanks!

  5. Very good workout! I did high impact for everything except the oblique crunch style exercise. I can only hold the oblique raise no arm or leg movements lol, great workout really appreciate everything you guys do for us ♥

  6. I really enjoyed this workout. I woke up yesterday sick of my own excuses 🙃. I was in a high level of fitness a year ago but knew it was unhealthy to assume my body would be capable of hard workouts today. (Year of using covid as an excuse to stop working out and overeat crap food). This was a happy medium until I rebuild both my mental and physical health and strength. Thank you.

I really don’t like formal exercise and am terrible at sticking to it but this is perfect for me – I don’t need to leave my lounge room which is often the hardest part of going to the gym. I mixed it up between low and high intensity. I agree that I have great energy afterwards. Thank you 🙂

  14. This is my first fitness blender workout after recovering from gout for 2 years. I couldn’t dare do cardio or HIIT for fear that I’d trigger it again but doing this workout made me miss you guys so much and how much i used to enjoy doing fitness blender. Glad to be back!

  18. Really love this one. Today my background music was a jack hammer outside. This has been my go to "start working out again " video in the last year. This has happened so many times since last year and this video always makes me want to get back to the "rush home everyday to do Fitness Blender " person I was for almost 8 years. Truth be told I like this one for the aftercredit scenes at the end. 😄
