  1. The one thing that really helps me to keep focused on my goals and to make constant progress is Forwago. I would recommend everybody to give it a try.

  4. This comment thread looks so supportive. This is day 3 of starting to regularly exercise and this is the most intense I’ve done so far and I wanted to stop so many times but I kept going and was so happy I made it! I’ve never been one to post stuff like this but I am genuinely happy and I’m gonna keep going with this. 😭❤❤

  5. He talks a lot but I like him!!! Thanks for this video!!! Blessings and success to everyone!

  6. First try, managed 17 minutes before I just couldn’t anymore. Tomorrow I’m aiming for 20.

  7. Starting today, trying to tone up a bit before my vacation, I’ve only got a couple of weeks,
    Starting weight :150
Goal weight : 140 or lower if I have time

  8. Is Okibetonic Secrets useful to lost a ton of weight? I’ve read many good things about this popular fat burn method.

  9. Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every single weight-loss program that was available, however eventually not one of them made it easier for me to lose and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Okibetonic Secrets mainly because my cooworker who told me great things about it and so far to date I have successfully dropped 18 lbs within 3 weeks!

  10. I started this January but I ended up quitting after 2 weeks and then I started again every month but kept quitting.. I am 14 years old and have been obese my whole life I started may 1st on eating as healthy as I can and at least drinking one gallon of water.. I’ve seen my face clearing and my stomach as just felt weird as if I have a little bit of loose skin but maybe it’s just me and then I started this workout again on may 11 the same day before working out I checked my weight one last time and I have lost 3.6 pounds more then I every have before.. I started at 374.6 and what I know now is I’m 371.0. I decided to check once a month how much I weight.. so I’ll be back on June 15 and see how far I’ve come. Even if I just lose 5 pound I’ll fs be proud of myself and so should you guys!! ☺️

  11. I absolutely love Team Body Project. I have such a healthier connection to my body. They have workouts that push me, and workouts that I can do on days when my body doesn’t feel like moving a muscle. This one is challenging, but I’m so glad I did it! Just go at your own pace, and you’ll just be happy you moved your body!

  12. l am in my 50s and l really enjoy this workout. Will continue, hopefully. Thank you

  13. Seriously just what I needed today. Thank you for the positive message and killer workout.

  15. Hello, guys! This is just an awesome workout. Thank you. But I still have a question, how often should I do the workout to lose weight? I understand that it is better to complete the full workout maybe twice or more, right?

  16. Gained a lot of weight over quarantine. 293 lbs right now. (May 12, 2020)
Day One – Still in Bed, about to get up and try my first attempt. Edit: got 10 minutes in, ended up marching most reps and now I’m out of breath. This is going to be painful.

  17. This man is so supportive it’s ridiculous and I love it. I’ve always hated workout videos because the people act like their expert workout is the easiest thing and you should be ashamed if you can’t do it, but this is made by real people for real people and I just….

  18. i’m 19 and i’ve been overweight as long as i can remember. doing this workout was so difficult for me, but seeing everyone in the comments working so hard has really inspired me to keep going! good luck to all of you on your fitness journey and thank you all for the inspiration i needed to see today! 🔥🔥🔥

  19. Just a lil reminder: if this is your first time working out in a while (or ever!) you will probably feel sore for the next few days. I find that soaking in Epsom salts as well as foam rolling/stretching can really help ease that tight/sore feeling!

  20. Day 1 Workout for me!!!! I like this routine better than others, because there’s REAL people working hard at it like me! Thank you! I made it 3/4 through the video. Sharing this on social media!

  21. It shows that people of different sizes can achieve comething great if the put their mind to it.Thank you for your wonderful exercise. Love you guys.

  22. After 8 days of effort, I was able to complete the whole exercise w/o pausing. Prior today, I can only do 15-19 mins in and I’m all beat. I’m a bit smaller than Wade but still had a hard time, hats off to him. It goes to show that this exercise isn’t easy at all. Don’t give up guys, you can always take a break. But never stop to be the better YOU.

  23. This is useful and the movements are simple as well! I did lack a bit of coordination but luckily I didn’t fall lol 😅💪

  24. trying to make some serious changes to my lifestyle — i absolutely HATE walking and i dont have the motivation to do exercises by myself, but this video kept me engaged all the way through and i just finished my 2nd full session! thx so much!

  25. yesterday i finished like 19 minutes. now im not sure if i accidentaly skipped half of vid or sum or if i finished it lol

  26. This is my 4th day doing this workout, how many times should I do this a week to notice change? I don’t want to over do it as my muscles hurt

  27. This is the best workout I’ve evet tried. I didn’t feel like im done in first 10 minutes and at the finish i was still feeling good. Thank you so much.
