This is day 3 of starting to regularly exercise and this is the most intense I’ve done so far and I wanted to stop so many times but I kept going and was so happy I made it! Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tried every single weight-loss program that was available, however eventually not one of them made it easier for me to lose and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Okibetonic Secrets mainly because my cooworker who told me great things about it and so far to date I have successfully dropped 18 lbs within 3 weeks!

  10. I started this January but I ended up quitting after 2 weeks and then I started again every month but kept quitting.. I am 14 years old and have been obese my whole life I started may 1st on eating as healthy as I can and at least drinking one gallon of water.. I’ve seen my face clearing and my stomach as just felt weird as if I have a little bit of loose skin but maybe it’s just me and then I started this workout again on may 11 the same day before working out I checked my weight one last time and I have lost 3.6 pounds more then I every have before.. I started at 374.6 and what I know now is I’m 371.0. I decided to check once a month how much I weight.. so I’ll be back on June 15 and see how far I’ve come. Even if I just lose 5 pound I’ll fs be proud of myself and so should you guys!! ☺️

  11. I absolutely love Team Body Project. I have such a healthier connection to my body. They have workouts that push me, and workouts that I can do on days when my body doesn’t feel like moving a muscle. This one is challenging, but I’m so glad I did it! Just go at your own pace, and you’ll just be happy you moved your body!

  16. Gained a lot of weight over quarantine. 293 lbs right now. (May 12, 2020)
    Day One – Still in Bed, about to get up and try my first attempt. Edit: got 10 minutes in, ended up marching most reps and now I’m out of breath. This is going to be painful.

  19. Just a lil reminder: if this is your first time working out in a while (or ever!) you will probably feel sore for the next few days. I find that soaking in Epsom salts as well as foam rolling/stretching can really help ease that tight/sore feeling!

  22. After 8 days of effort, I was able to complete the whole exercise w/o pausing. Prior today, I can only do 15-19 mins in and I’m all beat. I’m a bit smaller than Wade but still had a hard time, hats off to him. It goes to show that this exercise isn’t easy at all. Don’t give up guys, you can always take a break. But never stop to be the better YOU.
