  1. Been doing this for a couple weeks now. Someday I hope to be able to do a pushup! Love the routine though – I can really change up the difficulty with different bands and different positions.😀

  3. Love that this workout does not require anchor points for the bands and is challenging in just the right amount of workout time. Also don’t always feel like going to the gym when it’s below zero with 40 mph wind gusts.

  5. Recently made a commitment to myself to focus on heart health and reduce overall fat percentage to reduce my chances of cirrhosis and other complications of the liver. I’ve never tried resistance bands before, but picked them up today and gave this workout a shot. Absolutely fell in love with it; it’s the perfect combination of strength and aerobic training, and a great launching point for me. Helps that the trainers are very personable as well. Thank you!

  6. Thanks again you two! I travel a lot for work so between COVID (home workouts) and Work (Hotel Room Workouts) these resistance band workouts are the ticket. I have really appreciated them over the last – very strange – year and a half.

  7. Loved this. First time I’ve been able to go through a workout without stopping. So proud of myself. Workout tone and motivation was spot on! Loved it and was able to do it while the kids were napping. Bonus Points 😉

  8. I’m using this to get back in shape and so far it’s seems to be working. I’ve gotten so lazy and out of shape again. So while I’m getting back into working out, I downloaded a 30 day challenge Callender for me, so I can write down resistance, walking, etc so I can remind myself to keep going and it’s definitely helping me, also this is definitely my favorite workout.

  10. This is one of those workouts that you may not feel the day of, but when you go to reach for a glass out of the cabinet the next morning… BOOM! There it is! AWESOME workout, I really appreciate that there is a moderate level to start out at and then modifications to make it harder as you repeat it. I do this work out twice a week to work my arms, legs, and abs.

  11. I’m not happy with my body. So after years of hating myself, I finally decided I have to change. This is the only body I have, so it’s time to take care of it.
