Thanks so much for this video am 42 yrs old and my job keeps me sitting for 12hrs a day and so I don’t get to walk enough or sweat, my dr said that on the border for diabetes something I don’t want to hear so am trying to lose some weight asap and I stumble upon ur video so I decided to do a few of ur moves while at work but I also add a few standing ones when you used ur mat

  7. Ladies, I started doing this workout once a week (I do other ones throughout the week) for about 5 months now. I am pleased to say, that I am no longer doing the modifications except for the last abdominal exercise. I have also lost 45 pounds. Thanks so much for the encouragement and inspiration. Any tips that you can give me that will help me do crunches to the point where I can sit up all the way to do that slap would be appreciated. Thank you, Charlee and other coaches.

  14. One of my fav 30 min workouts. Love that we have a timer and I can just look and know how much time is remaining, and i absolutely love the positive energy. I’m not dying from boredom like in some other work outs
