Donkey Kicks is a great exercise that works your Gluteus Maximus and Gluteus Minimus more than other butt exercises.

It also works your hamstrings muscles, so you’ll have better looks in short shorts and miniskirts.

  3. yessss day 1 completed! im a kid and i managed to do the whole thing and it was pretty easy for my body to handle so ill check back in tmr, im doin this for 3 days for now so lets see how it goes! (im also doing the 100 jumping jacks challenge and a 15-20 min workout vid)

  4. hello …should we do full body workout daily or we should divide it as arm on day 1 ,upper body on day 2 , lower body on day 3 …which ismore beneficial
