  6. I was able to do all of the exercises accept the "AB Crunch pike". I just couldn’t master the pike. With practice each day it should improve. Thank you 💕

  8. Ok so I’m having the hardest time trying to get my legs on the ball to do ab crunch pike ….👀🙄🤦….no lie I had to skip that and go to the next exercise the V pass now I can do that…..but all this is a hell of a workout if you’re really serious to try it…I love it I feel the burn n tightening 😍
