I hope I will be able to do this one day. I’m still pretty weak, but progressing slowly. I have been working so hard and my diet is definitely on point with meal plan that I got from Next Level Diet. The most important thing is I believe in myself.

9 exercises in one day with 4 sets each and 10~12 reps!! Isnt that too much for one day of workour!? I can barely do 5 before hitting my limit and switch to a different part like biceps for 2 more sets. Btw im just an amateur who wants to fix his routine, so what do you guys think?
