  1. Spaghetti and toast? When your eating for nutrients and not enjoyment. My Italian grandmother would shake her head. She would eat spaghetti and peas with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of Locatelli.

  5. Do not agree with this guy, how long does he think that a normal person can continue most of the things he suggested. Two tablespoons of oil on your salad will not cause weight gain that much. He is the person that offers such a boring way to eat that no one will stay the course. If he eats so much of the food he points out let me see him in 15-20 years or less because he will become bored of eating that way and will change. Here are my two cents on why we gain weight, the food that the masses eat is foods that are tampered with and it encourages us to eat more than we should. Snacking is very bad for us as it makes us addicted to whatever we snack on. The hard way is to eat clean, have it in moderation, and cut out snacking. Very hard unless the majority of people adopt this method.

  9. Plant based diet did a number on my digestive system, not to mention I was hungry all the time! Now I just eat whole foods, nothing processed, and get my fats from their natural sources (🥑🫒 🥚). I also eat only twice a day: a late breakfast and then dinner. I stop eating at 7:PM. Sugar on rare occasion (usually a birthday party). Coffee, water, decaf green tea, red wine. Never hungry! 👌

I lost weight because I took out sugar,meat, eat only chicken and fish and walking 5 miles a day no high blood pressure any more no high cholesterol suger levels normal breakfast I eat steel cut oats gluten free any one can do it trust me it works stay away from restaurant food fast food is the worst be kind to your body you deserve it.

  21. Newer research shows that it is the carbs, not the fat, that causes the weight gain. The sugar industry targeted fats to blame so that they could increase their sales. As a type 1 diabetic, I can tell what certain foods do to me and it is much easier to fill up by adding healthy fats to your diet, not just water.
    I do like your exercise videos, but the research doesn’t support the claims you are making in this particular video.

  22. Diet Plan known as Okibetonic Secrets kept showing up here on a lot of youtube videos and I thought they were scam. However after my mate follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving herself. I’m persuaded. Do not take my own word for it, search for Okibetonic Secrets on the google search engine.

  23. “The amount of fiber & the amount of water” will keep you satiated longer. I’m wondering if the amount of protein also has that effect, as it takes longer to digest?
