  13. I just did this whole video and appreciate the cool down – it was an excellent addition. However I think a lot of the moves require pretty low energy quite simple, so I don’t feel as if I got a great work out in. I wish the moves were a little bigger and we knew what was coming next. Thank you for the video though!
