First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won’t lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

  4. ok ill do this im going back to school at September, im gonna do this for as long as i can everyday and ill try losing 5 kg or 10 kg, losing 10kg is a dream tbh but ill keep trying, i also go at the park for a run or a jog with my mom, we exercise there, now i hope i lose weight!! i will do this for 4 weeks bc i dont think its possible for me to lose weight in 2 weeks since im not motivated or productive so ill update u guys each day i do this

  6. Hey I wanna lose weight and I think you too so i’m gonna update my 2 weeks challenge everyday ! I will tell at the end of the 2 weeks how much pounds i lost and how i felt. During this challenge i will drink 1.5kg of water. I will reduce my amount of food. Some times, i will do in addition of this video some of chloe’s other videos.

    Day 1 : I thought that I was dying (literally). I did long breaks at the end of each set (about 2mins30) and i did the easy version of two exercises and i did some the wrong way. BUT IT’S OKAY !

  7. 1st day- couldnt start the 3rd set. half of the time i was just lying, uhhhhh my body is still so sore…..

    Day 1: very difficult but I finished to whole video, I just to a 5 min break before set 3, feeling powerful 🙂

  9. i always knew i had low stamina but i didnt know it was this low, when there was two minutes left my legs gave out and i was drenched in sweat so i sat there till my parents came home i went to the shower and pretended that i didnt work out. when i was in the shower i was dizzy and as fast as i got out of the shower i threw up

    day 1 1/2: got through the warmup but something came up
    day 2: tapping out at 7 minutes
    this is so embarrassing 💀

  12. I’m ashamed to say I literally haven’t worked out in months and that I am a couch potato. This kicked my ass so bad I couldn’t even finish the exercises. I will keep going cause I don’t feel like this is healthy. Thanks for the program Chloe!

  13. I’m going to be writing this down in hopes of it bringing motivation to me and to others :))

    DAY 1: I ended up completing the workout. I needed to take a few breaks to breathe throughout it, but I still completed all the exercises! I felt like SUPER nauseous halfway, got better once we got into jumping jacks 😀

  15. Hi guys! Im trying to loose weight by the time school starts. Im gonna track here.
    Day 1: 161 pounds ✅ I couldn’t do the burpees, corkscrew and trisep toe touch very well. I also cant do planks well.
