  2. I like this video. I just got an exercise ball yesterday and I looked up exercises I could do on it. This video is perfect for my lower back. We were on a stay at home order for 3 months. I got lazy and just sat around and watched my tv apps and played games most of the time. My lower back hurt so much I couldn’t hardly do anything. So I did a few of these exercises yesterday. Just the easy ones. I did some again today. My lower back feels much better already. So I’m going to keep doing the easy exercises every morning. I’ll try the harder exercises in a couple months. Thank you for this video.

Considering that I am happy with the final results, Also I sent the guide to my mom and father. I was advised that they can`t imagine how good maybe it was. The perfect solution for lower back pain.. .

I just kindly want to say that it’s enough one of you to do the video, because having another one in fact was disturbing much; delaying the job and taking my attention away from focusing with what’s the first explaining, especially when the second was doing things different.   6. I just did my first exercises on a Bob and Brad exercise ball from this video. I have osteoarthritis in my lower back And it was truly hard to do yet I stopped when I felt too much pain. Thank you for the video. Hopefully this is strengthen my muscles

  7. Hey guys I have a question. I used to have a very big exercise ball. It recently popped. It was big enough for a 6 ft tall man to do good mornings with it. That is to say, I would stretch my back out by going up and down with my belly on the ball and my head facing down. Do you know where I can find a big exercise ball like that? It was bigger than the ones in this video.

  8. I’ve used the Swiss Ball over the last year of lockdown and it’s helped immensely with strengthening my back. Now even my wife is using the Swiss Ball in addition to Zumba and it’s helped her immensely too.

    that wiil hurt tomorrow and my back has been quite good lately. Doesns’t seem to be any truly beginner for seniors anywhere…

  13. I really appreciate these videos I suffer from 5 different things in my back including spinal stenosis. These videos have helped a lot I used to wake up crying at night from pain. So thanks 😊 for caring and sharing 😆. I’m still working on it day by day but now I need to invest in a ball.

  15. If you have lower back issues with pinched nerve and sciatic going on with that last exercise with the ball on the floor should you have some thing underneath your back when doing that exercise?

  16. Is there anyway you can list the time increments so I don’t have to listen to the extra talking. Get to the instructions instead of listening to the conversation?

  17. I am new to your channel and now a subscriber. I have watched 6 of your videos. I suffer from spondylitis and low back pain. Everything that you said not to do in workouts? I do. so I’ve managed to change up my workouts to suit and keep my back safe.
    You both are hilarious. You love to talk a lot! However your information when it’s given is well described and helpful.
    I wish you guys did workouts!
