  12. I wanted to say that this helped alot Everyday after I came home from school I would do this exercise and i would get half way but it did help alot with exercises i did later in the evening. I went from 190 to 170 in i think 2 months? I sadly gained it back and I now am restarting this to finish completely I don’t want to lose 20 pounds i want to lose more than this so i can actually look and feel good

  26. I can completely vouch for this workout. I started it during quarantine 2020 and doing it three times a week (Pilates on the other three and rest on Sunday) aided me in losing upwards of 15kgs in around 45-50 days. Then on the loss starting plateauing but after following this regiment for about 6 months I went from 91kgs to 72. THATS HUGE. My general health and breathing got better and I felt so much better about my body as I moved around. This one does wonders for overall energy levels. Highly recommend.

    Two massive tips:

    While starting off, it takes at least 10-12 days to get through the whole thing in one go. That’s fine.

    Do not hesitate skipping a few pairs in the middle or reducing the difficulty of any. What worked for me is to keep on jogging on the spot when I was unable to do any instead of stopping fully.
