  2. anytime i warm up with the resistance band, i feel very stiff after when going unto play…I dont know why ..

What I notice is you did not explain when going around the cones you need to shorten your steps and work around the cones instead of putting your right leg down and stop for a second and take off again which makes a big difference when you’re cutting around the corner your legs need to work when cutting around a corner. I don’t know any amateur players that does this correctly, maybe it’s because of their fitness. Good job man, keep up the good work.
