Full Body Mini RESISTANCE BAND Workout

Today’s full body mini resistance band workout will target all the major muscle groups giving you a total body workout with just one mini band! We will start things off with some lower body exercises, then move into upper body and then finish things off with some ab exercises utilizing that exercise band throughout. Let’s do it!!

  3. Never realised how much you can swear and work your muscles with bands. I was always told weights and progressive overload was the way to go but I’ll definitely be incorporating bands into my routine from now on.

  6. The band falls off my arch and then my foot when doing the bicycle. Any suggestions how to keep it in the arches?

  9. Don’t underestimate this workout just because it’s shorter and you’re using one band! I’m dripping buckets. Music was on point and this is good for a more advanced level since she gives no verbal instructions.

  16. Wow! LOVE how you recorded this, as there was no audio instruction necessary. I cranked my own workout tunes and followed along easily with just the visuals you provide. I also appreciate the “up nexts”, which prompted me to adjust the band in preparation for the next movement. Excited to explore the rest of your videos – and it looks like you have quite the library!
