  1. If you do not want to use stevia which I don’t touch consider blending in some berries and mint leaves and throwing those in the mix. Tastes great and it is actually all natural with a tremendous amount of benefits while being extremely refreshing on any given day. Also experimented with ginger ended up great.

    And thank you for the tip about Stevia. Am a diabetic and still stay from artificial sugar and aspartame as they work like laxatives… Harm to my stomach… I’ll try Stevia rather in my savory items👍👍👍
