  5. Go vegan for perfect health and looks. Actually proven by science and real life facts. Dont ever use non vegan products that are tested on animals- you will get fungal acne.

I myself am a victim of this .. bcoz of my chronic stress and anxiety I am tested for high cholestrol levels ..and its not just high its literally double the normal levels and worst of all its not reducing much… Pls take this seriously .. do not spoil ur health for anythng else..

  10. Also worth mentioning that long term stress can affect your menstrual cycle, happened to me when I was involved in way too many projects at once last year

  11. I experienced this once. I was super stressed and got really sick for a week after. It was really hard because at that time my parents wouldnt stop fighting and my dad was mentally abusing my mom as all I know and they divorced and they’re "roommates" and while I was going through that I also lost both of my dogs one night and that was the hardest thing I went through and the scariest we found them but it still had a huge impact on me it took other dogs, and like 15 people including people on Facebook to find them. Recently I have been doing better but the impact of stress that is put on you can be really hard and I’m only 12 years old. Stay safe everyone and know you’re beautiful and good enough ❤

  12. Huh try surviving genuine narcissistic abuse from a narcissist. I wonder if I’ll ever get cancer from chronic stress of what my ex out me through.
