  1. How much time to get game fit?? I play soccer and I’m in need of help I’m struggling with conditioning please answer

  2. As a beginner, how much time should I rest for before moving on to the next exercise. And if I was doing one with reps, how much time should I rest for between each set? Pls help

  3. Thanks for the great drills! I have some tips to supplement this workout.

Drill # 1 – Change direction on each set so you don’t always cut on your outside foot
Drill #3 – Cut on different feet each time (OP always cuts on his right foot)

  4. Do u take a break after each rep in the first drill and how long for or do you carry on straight into the next rep?

  5. How many times do I do this workout each week? Can you make this your only fitness training workout to do each week more than once a week (I play soccer two days a week) and it will improve your speed and endurance for soccer?

  6. I’m glad I came across your fitness video, I’m really quick with the ball but I lack consistency by implementing your fitness technique to my schedule should see some results, thanks man

  7. my coach calls that sprint-jog box the “box of death” and if the seniors on my team don’t pass the ball into the open gate in the fence, then we have to run it. i about died

  8. Back when i played for supersport(south African club)
We did fitness and almost died cause i aint fit 😂

  9. It’s not fun but it is fun to know you’re improving! Keep at it guys! It’s not too late to get better then you were yesterday!

  10. Thanks for the upload.
I appreciate your tips and training ideas particularly in relation to fitness, speed and agility.
Just an observation, I notice you are short striding in the initial take off when sprinting, within the first 10 metres.
Not sure if that is just your accustomed technique or whether you believe it is more beneficial as a footballer to be able to change direction quickly or stop?
However if you take a look at sprinters they have more forward lean, a much longer and higher stride and drive though.
Perhaps if you try it you will see and improvement in quickness and top end speed?
