  1. I am actually curious to know because 7000 calories is equal to 2 pound.
    I need atleast 800 calories per day to sustain life.
    So I need 5600 calories in one week to live and work .
    An my bmr is 1800 .
    I am so curious,how is this possible.😑
    I think I will lose my muscle mass in that case, because losing fat in such a speed is not at all possible

    But lockdown me 3 to 4 times khati thi 2 to 3 chapati plus chawal no snacks only healthy food n subha ek glass bhar kr bornvita n sote vakt ek glass bohot khati thi bhuk bhi bd gyi thi limit hi nhi bhuk bhadasht hi nhi hoti thi ab 1 ya 2 times khati hu 2times chai biscuits vrna junk food n 2 time chai biscuits vala routine hota hai…

I completed my 10 days but i cheated on 2 days cos of wedding season, so cant say for sure but i lost 2.5kg and hell loads of bloating around waist line, i forgot to take measurements before and after else i would have updated that too, m gonna take 2-3 days break and start over religiously again for 10days and than i shall update again.
